We offer full refunds on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to negligence on the part of moncler-giubbotti.com. Damage caused through negligence on the part of third party couriers or on customer misuse cannot qualify an item for a refund.

When the package returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above conditions are met.
